Windsor
Outdoor is the largest independent
owner and operator of expressway bulletins in
the Chicago market area, the third largest media
market in the US.
Windsor
was originally founded in 1994 and operated
until 2001, when the bulletin assets were sold
due to the untimely death of one of the original
partners. Windsor re-launched its bulletin presence
in Chicago with the build out and acquisition
of currently over 60 fully operable expressway
bulletin faces. Over the next few months, we
plan to build several new, spectacular fully
permitted bulletin locations.
Our
coverage consists of 14’H x 48’W
and 20’H x 60’W bulletins along
all of the major expressways in Chicago including:
the Kennedy, Eisenhower,
Stevenson, North and South Tri-State, Bishop
Ford, Northwest Toll, I-55 South, I-57 and I-80.
Our
advertisers range from a broad spectrum of clients
and categories, from home developers, to mom
and pop store owners, to national movie studios
and financial institutions, to international
auto manufacturers.

service is a key element in Windsor’s
effort to differentiate ourselves from other
outdoor companies. Having a media buying background,
we know first hand the high demands and time
constraints placed on media buyers to quickly
formulate plans and buys and the need for media
vendors to provide timely, accurate information
that can be disseminated quickly. Furthermore,
the frustrations that buyers encounter when
attempting to obtain firm confirmation dates
of installations and proof of completion photos
is a time consuming process that should be made
easier by the media companies.
